1. Will have the following tasks to ensure that the work of the Department functions optimally:-

(a) Issuing enquiries to contractors, comparing quotations

(b) Preparing workorders

(c) Supervising joint measurement with contractors & site engineers

(d) Checking contractor's bills

(e) Market Survey for trends in pricing & recent materials.

2. Will ensure billing is done on time and correctly.

3. Will prepare Project Estimates as per Development Agreement/ Specification Sheet.

4. Will regularly monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely action for placing required materials.

5. Knowledge of ERP/ HIGHRISE is a must.
