Role & responsibilities

The Airport Manager will serve as the F&B; Business Head for the airport, responsible for multi-outlet operations, P&L;, commercial performance, passenger experience and business development.

- Lead airport F&B; operations, ensuring quality, service speed, hygiene, availability and compliance.
- Own revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, food cost, manpower cost, inventory, wastage, budgets, forecasts and MIS.
- Improve passenger penetration, average transaction value, revenue per passenger and outlet profitability.
- Lead outlet, culinary, service, stores and support teams, including recruitment, training, deployment and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, BCAS, airport security, fire safety, labour and franchisor standards.
- Manage relationships with airport authorities, commercial teams, airlines, franchisors, vendors and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new outlets, brands and revenue opportunities across designated regions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, travel retail, QSR, lounge or multi-outlet operations.
- Minimum 45 years of managerial experience with large teams and direct P&L; responsibility.
- Proven experience in business development, commercial negotiations or outlet launches.
- Airport F&B;, airport retail, concession management or AAI/private-airport experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, POS, budgeting, food costing, inventory management and stakeholder management.
- Adaptable to work in round-the-clock airport operations and handle emergencies.
