Roles and Responsibilities :
- 7-12 years of experience in automation testing or verification engineering in the automotive industry.
- Robust hands-on experience in CANoe and CAPL scripting
- Extensive experience as a tester in the automotive domain
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and SOME/IP.
- Modern Workflows: Strong practical experience with Git, version control workflows, and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Master-level proficiency with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and hardware automation (VT System).
- Proven experience in test automation
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience in creating and managing test plans
- Knowledge of MISRA guidelines
- Experience with HIL systems (e.g., dSPACE)
- Exposure to simulation environments
- Deep Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform advanced log analysis. Utilize specialized network tapping and extraction tools to pinpoint complex failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the domain expert for automotive communications. Support the broader engineering team in building robust, fault-tolerant system architectures.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Foster an open, collaborative environment. Actively listen to team ideas, clearly articulate complex technical concepts, and make sound, data-driven engineering decisions.
