Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of international voice experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach

Key Responsibilities

- Manage collections and customer accounts across early-stage and late-stage cycles
- Resolve customer queries effectively and drive timely account resolution




- Process account updates accurately while maintaining full compliance with process guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick, smooth case resolution
- Uphold professionalism and quality standards on every call

Shift & Working Days

- Rotational shifts
- 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday off
- 2 Saturdays a month are working, with 2 days of extra salary paid for the same

Salary & Advantages

- Salary up to 40,000 per month
- Attractive incentives over and above the fixed salary
- Note: No cab facility provided
