About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of project management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Lead project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) effectively to mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with application SMEs and development teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders on project status and deliverables.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement and conflict resolution.
- Technical understanding of application development lifecycles.
- Experience in RAID management and milestone tracking.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello,



or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of code scanning tools and application security best practices.
- Experience in managing projects in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
