Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary, growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing, brand stewardship, and enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will design the playbook to position our integrated advisory solutions directly to CXOs, board members, and founders. The ideal candidate balances high-end brand-building with rigorous, data-driven B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- CXO & Enterprise GTM Strategy: Architect high-touch account-based marketing (ABM) funnels specifically optimized for C-suite decision-makers.

- Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership: Build a robust thought leadership engine, overseeing the creation of premium whitepapers, market intelligence reports, and elite CXO roundtables.

- Pipeline Infrastructure: Direct digital channels (LinkedIn, premium publications, search) to reliably source inbound and outbound pipeline opportunities for our practice heads.

- Practice Alignment: Partner with internal Practice Heads (HR, Strategy, Operations, Legal)



to translate complex advisory capabilities into highly sellable commercial assets.

- Sales Enablement: Equipt the business development team with advanced collateral, pitch matrices, and competitive intelligence to close high-value mandates.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role (VP/CMO) within management consulting, premium qualified services, or enterprise B2B companies.

- Industry Insights: Deep understanding of corporate market dynamics in India and SAARC, especially within retail, manufacturing, or cross-border trade corridors.

- Execution: A proven track record of designing and scaling GTM pipelines that converted premium, enterprise-level agreements.

- Communication: Exceptional executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to converse fluidly with C-suite stakeholders.

- Education: MBA from a Premier Tier-1 Business School (Highly Preferred).
