- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Customer Support experience is required.
- We are considering candidates with an immediate to 30 days notice period only.
- The expected joining timeline is the last week of September or the first week of October.
- This position is based in Kolkata. If relocation to Kolkata is not feasible or you are not interested in this location, we request that you refrain from taking the assessment.
- Compensation:
- Maximum Fixed Salary: 4.5 LPA
- Total CTC: Approximately 5 LPA
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- The role follows a hybrid work model: 3 days from office and 2 days work from home.
