Role & responsibilities

- Understand client supply-chain processes through discussions and workshops.
- Map existing processes and identify areas where RFID can improve visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Design and configure RFID solutions to meet client workflows and business requirements.
- Translate business processes and requirements into system configurations and solution designs.
- Work closely with engineering teams on integrations, custom requirements, and technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, solution designs, process documentation, SOPs, and other project documentation.
- Lead client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Coordinate implementation activities, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Provide client training and ensure successful adoption of the RFID solution.
- Troubleshoot functional and implementation-related issues and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Act as a bridge between the client, business teams, and product/engineering teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, implementation, consulting, business analysis, or similar techno-functional roles.




- Solid understanding of supply-chain, warehousing, retail, or logistics operations.
- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technology solutions.
- Experience preparing BRDs, solution designs, process documentation, and SOPs.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in implementation projects, including UAT and go-live.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data mapping and configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required

Nice to Have

- Experience with RFID, barcode, or IoT tracking systems.
- Knowledge of GS1 / EPC standards.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ERPNext, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Experience in retail, healthcare, warehousing, or logistics.
- Project management experience, particularly implementation and coordination.
- Experience with RFID readers, tags, antennas, portals/tunnels, or RFID software platforms.
