Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects across educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion, cost control, and maintenance of school and college infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities across educational campuses.
- Monitor day-to-day maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, staff quarters, and other infrastructure.
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of civil projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and completed work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.




- Support current branch/campus setup and infrastructure development projects.
- Maintain project reports, site records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Electrical, MEP, Facility, and Administration teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, infrastructure, commercial buildings, or institutional projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in contractor and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across branches/sites as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in schools, colleges, educational campuses, commercial buildings, institutional projects, or multi-location infrastructure management will be preferred.
