Rokade Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Services Division in managing enquiries, quotations, customer follow-ups, service scheduling, documentation, billing coordination and closure of industrial service jobs. The candidate coordinates with customers, Sales Engineers, Condition Monitoring Engineers, Service Engineers, Accounts and Management.

- Infrared Thermography
- Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA)
- Turbo Machinery Vibration Analysis & Balancing
- Oil Analysis
- Remote Vibration & Condition Monitoring
- Rotor Repair Services
- Ground Vibration Analysis
- Other Rokade Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities Service Enquiry Management
- Receive enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, website, IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Identify basic service requirement and route it to the correct Sales/Service Engineer.
- Record every enquiry and ensure none remains unattended.

Quotation Coordination
- Prepare quotations from approved rates and technical inputs.
- Coordinate scope, equipment details, site, manpower, travel and duration.
- Send/revise quotations and maintain records.

Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up open quotations, feedback, expected order dates and clarifications.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and escalate high-value/urgent opportunities.

Service Job Coordination
- After PO, coordinate manpower, site contact, visit dates, scope, instruments/tools and travel/accommodation requirements.

Reports, Billing & Payments




- Follow up service reports and timely submission.
- Maintain service, measurement, thermography, vibration, balancing and alignment records.
- Coordinate invoicing with Accounts and follow up outstanding payments and invoice/GST/PO queries.

Service Sales & Repeat Business
- Identify additional-service opportunities from completed jobs.
- Track quarterly/half-yearly/annual requirements and AMC renewals.
- Develop cross-selling such as Vibration Analysis Balancing Alignment Thermography MCSA Oil Analysis Remote Monitoring.

CRM & Internal Coordination
- Maintain customer / plant / contact / equipment / service / quotation / PO / payment data.
- Coordinate Customer Sales Coordinator Sales Engineer Service Engineer Accounts Customer.
- Ensure no enquiry, visit, report or payment follow-up is missed.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech.; B.Com/BBA/B.Sc., Mechanical/Electrical or Sales/Marketing backgrounds preferred.

Experience: 1-4 years in sales/service coordination, industrial services, engineering products, condition monitoring or maintenance. Freshers with strong communication and coordination may be considered.
