Job Description: As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing everything from ideation to execution. You'll scout the best talent, negotiate partnerships, and make the magic happen when campaigns go live. Key Responsibilities:: • Lead Influencer Campaigns: Creatively plan and execute influencer-led campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every detail shines. Coordinate all aspects from planning to implementation. • Lead Creatively: Ideate and develop innovative and creative content by understanding the brand, influencer and add your magic creative touch. • Scouting, Negotiating & Collaborating with Celebrities & Influencers: Scout, negotiate and onboard the Celebrities Influencers & Content Creators for campaigns. Work closely with the talent to create content that aligns with campaign goals and wows audiences. • Have a Strong Network: You must have a strong network and relationships with talent agencies, influencers, and managers and continue to hunt for upcoming talent • Timelines: Ensuring that your workflow is aligned with the campaign objectives and deadlines. • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. • Craft Compelling Campaigns: Develop creative briefs, and pitch campaign ideas to internal teams, clients and drive influencer briefings • Reporting The Results: Review and submit reports promptly, showcasing the success of your campaigns and identifying opportunities for growth.



Desired Skills & Experience: • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns with a strong track record. • Excellent speaking and presentation skills • Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and influencer ecosystems. • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and creativity. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate ideas clearly. • proactive approach with great attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively. • Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals with talent and partners. • Ability to stay ahead of new media trends and technologies, ensuring our campaigns are always on the cutting edge. • A can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or brand management. • Proven experience in ideating and executing creative content that drives engagement and aligns with brand strategy. • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media platforms, and current trends. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with diverse personalities. • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting campaign performance metrics. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong portfolio of past work showcasing content conceptualization. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
