Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily production operations on HMC, VMC machines to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Implement kaizen initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling, and material availability.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process optimization.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in CNC turning or similar manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of HMC, VMC machine operation and programming.
- Experience with kaizen implementation and OEE analysis is essential.
