Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer/Draftsman to join our team across Bangalore, Chennai, and Kozhikode locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in HVAC system design and detailing, with the ability to independently handle design documentation for a range of projects, including specialized pharma and clean room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design drawings for HVAC systems, including AHU layouts, panelling, and ducting.
- Develop and maintain RDS (Room Data Sheets) in line with project specifications.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC projects.
- Ensure designs comply with ISO-8 cleanliness standards where applicable.
- Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Support pharma/clean room projects with relevant design inputs where required.
- Review and revise drawings based on site feedback and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC design/drafting.
- Strong knowledge of AHU, ducting, panelling, and RDS preparation.
- Working knowledge of ISO-8 standards.
- Experience in Pharma/clean room design is a solid advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
