- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product performance.
- Analyze data from quality audits to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015 standard.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough audits using recognized frameworks such as QMS (Quality Management System).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities.
