Immediate Opening for Talent Acquisition Specialist | Prithla Location
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms such as job portals, databases, and references.
- Create and maintain job descriptions, post job openings, and track hiring analytics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Plan and execute selection procedures, including assessments, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms.
- Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.
Employee Engagement & Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective onboarding plans, including induction and training programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Oversee probationary evaluations and provide necessary feedback.
- Design and implement employee motivation and recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records,
including joining formalities and exit processes.
- Assist in implementing HR systems, policies, and initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, KRAs, and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors & masters degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR Management Software and ATS systems.
