Technical Lead - Python React

Experience: 10 + years

Role Summary





We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead - Python React to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale platform applications. The ideal candidate combines solid software engineering expertise with technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python , React, AWS, serveless technologies.
- Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and data processing solutions.
- Guide technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
