The candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on backend development experience. The role requires the ability to understand business/product requirements, convert them into technical solutions, develop APIs and functionalities, integrate systems, and ensure successful implementation.

Build robust backend services, APIs, business logic, and workflows using Node.js and Express.js. Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js. Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries. Implement end-to-end functionalities across frontend, backend, API, and database layers. Integrate applications with mobile apps, devices, third-party APIs, and other platforms. Take ownership of assigned functionality from requirement development testing implementation production support. Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, database, and production issues. Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ensure application stability. Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following development standards. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, architecture decisions, and documentation.

Collaborate with Android, QA, Product, Hardware/Firmware, and Business teams for successful implementation. Identify technical dependencies, risks,



and gaps in requirements and proactively resolve them. Ensure timely delivery of assigned features and continuously improve system performance, scalability, and functionality. Investigate and resolve customer-reported application, API, data, and functionality issues. Ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into technical specifications and implemented within timelines. Support customer demos, implementation, onboarding, and technical deployments when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting technical issues.
