SAP CO Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant

Position Summary

Rialtes is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant with 10+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience to join our growing SAP practice.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, strong business process knowledge, and hands-on experience delivering global implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements. This role requires direct interaction with international clients, business stakeholders, and executive leadership while driving solution design, process optimization, and successful project delivery.

The candidate should be capable of leading finance workstreams independently and mentoring junior consultants while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

- Lead SAP FICO solution design workshops and business process discovery sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS engagements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT leadership.

SAP Finance & Controlling

- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Closing Cockpit
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

S/4HANA Transformation





- Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Drive finance simplification initiatives leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
- Support Fit-to-Standard workshops and Clean Core architecture principles.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, Fiori applications, and reporting requirements.

Delivery & Governance

- Prepare functional specifications and review technical developments.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
- Lead client status meetings and executive steering discussions.
- Provide effort estimates, solution recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Strong experience in AMS support environments.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably North America.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead finance workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
- Experience with Central Finance.
- Experience with Group Reporting.
- Exposure to Treasury and Cash Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience in Manufacturing, High-Tech, Semiconductor, Distribution, or Retail industries.
- Prior experience leading offshore and global delivery teams.
