Job Description Tableau Developer

Job Title: Tableau Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, building data preparation workflows, performing data analysis, and delivering reliable business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, and data visualizations.

• Develop data preparation and ETL workflows using Alteryx Designer.

• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

• Perform data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

• Integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau and Alteryx workflows.

• Optimize Tableau dashboards and SQL queries for better performance.





• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and ensure dashboard accuracy.

• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and technical teams.

• Perform data validation and ensure consistency between source data and reports.

• Maintain technical documentation for dashboards, workflows, and reporting processes.

• Support existing Tableau reports and continuously improve BI solutions.
