- Global Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard international Tier-1 suppliers for EV electrical/electronic commodities.
- Cost & Negotiations: Drive global cost optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and tough commercial negotiations.
- Supply Chain Risk: Manage cross-border logistics, import-export compliance, and lead-time risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D;, Quality, and Engineering teams for current product development.
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Global Procurement / International Sourcing within Automotive or EV manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience sourcing EV Batteries or Wiring Harnesses.
- Strong knowledge of global trade, Incoterms, and supplier contract management.
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical); MBA in Supply Chain/International Business is a plus.
