Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Handle GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure timely processing and recording of invoices.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in GST and TDS return filing.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
- Experience in handling audits and financial documentation.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
