Department: Admissions & Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding courses, internships, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course curriculum, internship programs, and fee structure.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain student and lead data accurately.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and schedules.
- Support the admissions and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Sheets.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Passion for education and student guidance.

Preferred:

- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education counselling.
- Knowledge of IT courses and internship programs.
