Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of affordable housing loans and home loans.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation of borrowers' financial statements to determine their creditworthiness.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling other banking products such as insurance policies, savings accounts, etc.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with clients.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience in affordable housing finance or related field (credit management).
- Solid understanding of affordable housing loan schemes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting thorough credit assessments and evaluations.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving targets.
