Responsibilities

- Drive outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified meetings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across target enterprise accounts
- Support the full sales cycle: qualification, meetings, proposals, and closure
- Engage with key stakeholders and present TESCRA s IT services capabilities
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams for proposals and pitches
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts

Must-Have Skills
- 3-10 years of experience in inside sales / business development in IT services
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound (hunting) roles
- Exposure to GCC (Global Capability Centers) / enterprise accounts
- Working knowledge of IT services (Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage pipeline, follow-ups, and client interactions

Positive to Have
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
