Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and marketing positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on attracting high-quality talent within defined timelines.

The candidate should have prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing recruitment and should be capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for sales and marketing functions.
- Handle hiring requirements for Medical Representatives (MRs), Area Business Managers (ABMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), Product Managers (PMs), Group Product Managers (GPMs), and other commercial roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.




- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, cost per hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment consultants.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with management.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing roles.
- Expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment management systems.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Human Resources will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing recruitment.
- Exposure to field-force hiring across multiple regions.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and internal hiring teams.
