Independently draft architectural plans and designs for turnkey projects, from concept through GFC drawings. Travel to sites to assess feasibility and design-execution risk. Partner with the Tendering Manager on new turnkey tenders reviewing scope, BOQs, and design-driven cost risk. Supervise draftsmen, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure code compliance and drawing quality across sites.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch with proven turnkey/design-build project experience. Hands-on drafting ability across concept design, architectural plans, and GFC drawings, with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Commercial judgment for tender feasibility. Robust client, engineer, and site-team coordination. Mumbai-based; frequent travel required.
