Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, discovery discussions, and process walkthroughs with business stakeholders across functions.
- Understand current business processes, pain points, manual activities, business rules, exceptions, and opportunities for automation or AI-led improvement.
- Document detailed business requirements, process flows, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
- Validate requirements, assumptions, process understanding, and proposed solution designs with business stakeholders.

2. Project Management & Governance

- Track end-to-end progress of Project Catalyst initiatives across the project lifecycle, from process identification and requirement detailing to development, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, risk logs, dependency trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities between business teams, IT teams, functional SPOCs, and external vendors.
- Monitor milestone completion, identify delays early, and proactively escalate risks,



blockers, and open decisions.
- Facilitate working reviews and project update meetings; publish explicit meeting minutes, action items, owners, and timelines.
- Support leadership reporting, governance reviews, and project health updates with concise and accurate inputs.

3. Testing, Adoption & Change Management

- Support User Acceptance Testing activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating test execution, tracking defects, and following up on closure.
- Coordinate with business users and implementation teams to validate solution readiness before go-live.
