About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on finance professional to manage financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit, and accounting operations. The role will work closely with the leadership team and support financial governance across India and international operations.

What You'll Do:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management and investors.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Drive statutory audits and ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Manage accounting, taxation, and financial compliance for foreign subsidiaries.
- Support legal and secretarial compliance requirements.




- Prepare financial reports and Board decks for quarterly Board meetings.
- Drive and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Ensure timely TDS and GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
- Drive compliance with Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external advisors.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified CA with 24 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Exposure to managing finance and compliance for international entities or subsidiaries is preferred.
- Prior experience in a SaaS, technology, product, or high-growth company is preferred.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
