Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Sales Engineer (CSE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, market development, sales generation, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, dealers, contractors and other channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate current business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote company products and provide product-related information to customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and delivery-related activities.




- Follow company policies, safety guidelines and standard work procedures.

Eligibility:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
