Role & responsibilities :-

SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Skill Summary Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR with strong consulting background; involvement in at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.

Core ABAP Expertise: Robust experience in RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Data Dictionary, Function Modules, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and OOABAP (ABAP 7.4+).

HR Module Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).

SuccessFactors Integration: Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors (ECC/ECP Payroll)



using point-to-point and BIB replication; expertise in employee data replication and payroll error debugging.

S/4HANA & Technical Skills: Exposure to S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData APIs, RFC development, and SAP Cloud Integration tools. Integration & Testing: Strong skills in HR integration with SAP and third-party systems, unit/integration testing, troubleshooting, and debugging. Documentation & Standards: Ability to create technical documentation and ensure development aligns with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
