Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage production engineering activities, including new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal parts, plastic parts, structural designs, and fabrications.
- Conduct handle calculations and concept design using tools like GD&T; and PLM.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by implementing ISO.
- Develop expertise in hydraulic hose routing for Heavy Manufacturing Equipment's- backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, earth moving equipment, tractors and etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E.



degree from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of NX software for component design and vehicle integration.
- Proficiency in UG NX for sheet metal parts development.
