Role & responsibilities

1. Brand Management & Brand Audits

Assist in executing brand visibility across multiple touchpoints such as offices, franchise locations, vehicles, and operational units

Support the execution of current branding initiatives and brand enhancement projects.

Monitor branding timelines and ensure timely implementation at newly commissioned locations.

Assist in conducting annual brand audits, including data collection, analysis, report preparation, and presentation of findings.

2. Events, Activations & Lead Generation Programs

Support planning and execution of seminars, customer engagement programs, franchise events, conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, workshops, roadshows, launch events, and regional promotional activities.

Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing teams, vendors, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders for event promotions, lead generation campaigns, branding, logistics, visibility initiatives, and seamless execution.

Measure the effectiveness of events and prepare performance reports.

3. Projects & Cross-Functional Initiatives





Participate in key marketing projects (local and national level)

Work as an individual contributor or team member depending on project scope

Support project tracking, reporting, and timeline adherence

4. Marketing Support for Business Units

Provide marketing support for branding, promotional activities, lead generation campaigns, and visibility initiatives across business verticals.

Coordinate with regional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.

Preferred candidate profile

Core Skills

Strong communication, presentation and Report Preparation skills

Basic understanding of marketing concepts and brand management

Attention to detail and execution excellence

Event Management and Coordination

Market Research and Data Analysis

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Functional Skills

Exposure to digital marketing tools/social media campaigns (preferred)

Basic knowledge of event management and vendor coordination

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
