Making duty roaster
Ensure SOP are followed
Cash Handling and Customer Handling
FIFO and par stock maintenance

The Shift Manager is authorized to assign work, monitor employee performance, resolve routine operational issues, take immediate corrective action within company policy, and escalate matters requiring higher-level approval.
