Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Procurement & Negotiation: Manage the procurement process, issue purchase orders, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality, and forecast procurement expenses.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all purchased materials meet required specifications and standards, and handle non-conformance issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and other departments to understand material needs, project schedules, and technical requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about material trends, pricing, availability, and recent product developments.
- Compliance & Documentation:



Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Supply Chain Risk Management: Proactively monitor market conditions and supplier capabilities to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
