We're hiring a Manager to lead a 30+ member finance analytics team (through 4 managers) inside a Digital Finance CoE turning enterprise data into decisions, not just dashboards.

What you'll own

Finance & Business Acumen Depth

- Translate P&L; drivers, margin, productivity, working capital, and forecasting into business performance insight not just numbers, but implications
- Connect operational, commercial, and financial metrics into a single enterprise view for Business Heads

Executive Storytelling

- Synthesize complex analysis into clear, decision-oriented narratives risk, prospect, and recommended action, not descriptive reporting
- Support operating reviews, business performance reviews, and planning cycles at the executive level
- Influence senior stakeholders across regions — this role is as much about persuasion as it is about precision

Change Leadership & Product Adoption





- Drive adoption of analytics tools and dashboards into everyday business rhythms and management discussions
- Lead teams delivering business insights, FP&A; analytics, and decision support — not just building dashboards, but embedding them into how the business operates
- Build analytical and business capability within your team as you scale

What we're looking for

- 10+ years' finance experience; CA/MBA preferred
- Hands-on Power BI development experience built and shipped, not just consumed
- Working knowledge of cloud ERP platforms (SAP S4, Oracle R12, Snowflake or equivalent)
- Real, quantified Continuous Improvement track record
- Mandatory Americas + EMEA exposure
- Experience leading large, layered finance teams (2530+)
- Manufacturing exposure (current or past)
- Proven change leadership through operating-model transitions
