- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, sales, credit, operations, and leadership banking profiles & Must have experience into Niche Hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders
- Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes
