Role: Manager Sales & Business Development

Location: Lucknow
Experience: 10-15 Years

CTC: Upto 20 LPA (Including 8-10% variable)

Industry: Insulated Roof & Wall Panels / PUF Panels / Building Materials / PEB

Job Responsibilities

- Drive sales & business development activities in the assigned region
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets
- Handle key accounts, client meetings, negotiations & closures
- Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants, EPC Contractors, OEMs & Channel Partners
- Expand market presence across Industrial, Cold Chain, Warehousing, Pharma & Infrastructure sectors
- Conduct market research, competition analysis & pricing strategy
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide product training to OEMs/Fabricators

Candidate Profile

- Solid experience in B2B Sales & Business Development
- Experience in PUF Panels / PEB / Building Materials / Industrial Products preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
