- Monitor vehicle route planning as per demand.
- Ensure Transport/driver Management/Costing
- Ensure timely dispatch planning according to our SOP.
- Ensure follow-up with the transporters/drivers for vehicle arrangement.
- Checking & inspecting goods received and ensuring accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
- Coordination with Plant for any Loading issue.
- Addressing all market-related issues after sales.
- Tracking & Follow to In-transit Vehicles for Timely delivery.
- Maintaining updating records of Dispatches.
- Prepare TAT reports of vehicles.
