Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong experience in Application/Production Support and IT Operations within the Payments domain.

Mandatory - Candidate from fintech Industry only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage application/production support and service desk operations.
- Handle Incident, Major Incident, Problem & Change Management.
- Lead teams, manage clients and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Drive troubleshooting, RCA, process improvements and service operations.
- Coordinate projects, resources, deployments and operational activities.
- Monitor applications using APM/Observability tools and manage tools like JIRA/Asana.
- Support critical issues during non-working hours when required.

Must Have:

- 8-10 years of relevant Application/Production Support experience.
- Solid knowledge of Payments, POS, UPI, Cards and Payment Switch.
- Team & client management experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA.
