Role Overview

Excelvana Private Limited is looking for MBA interns specializing in Marketing or HR to support our Recruitment, Business Development and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in lead generation, market research and client outreach.
- Support candidate sourcing, screening and recruitment coordination.
- Handle LinkedIn, email and other skilled communication.
- Maintain candidate/client databases and daily activity reports.
- Support HR, recruitment and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day assignments.

Eligibility





- MBA pursuing/recently completed – Marketing / HR specialization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Candidates from Greater Noida / nearby locations preferred.
