Responsibilities

- Reporting & consolidations.
- Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
- Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
- Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
- Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
- Review & Performing Month End Close activities
- Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
- Handle quarterly intercompany process




- Resolution of Balancing Items
- Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
- Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
- Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting. CMA/ CA Inter
- Experience in tax compliance, specifically in indirect taxes (VAT) and income taxes, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- IT skills: ERP (People soft/Workday), MS Office. Preferably Peoplesoft and Workday ERP
- Solid Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Graphs)

- Demonstrates the ability to ask questions and gather information to create requested reports.
- Demonstrates the ability to analyze information, identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to function as a facilitator; independently resolving problems, working with and through others to recommend, test and implement process improvements.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage your own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis.




- Demonstrates the ability to identify and understand customer needs, take appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met.
