Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure food and beverage presentation meets company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Support caf operations and teamwork to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Assist in opening and closing activities of the caf.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate, diploma holder, or equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in cafs, restaurants, QSRs, hotels, or hospitality industry.




- Freshers with a passion for customer service and coffee culture may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food safety practices is preferred.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
