1. Track and monitor all ongoing property deals
2. Preparation of various reports & maintaining trackers
3. Updating team attendance
4. Attending review meetings and preparing MOM.
5. Tracking payment processing & vendor creation in SAP
6. Coordinating with all departments (Legal, Design, Project, BD Manager, IT, Accounts) for faster
closure of points.
7.Coordinating for closing of drawings and other technical requirements from design,commercial, project team.
8. Miscellaneous works assigned by the reporting manager
