Job Summary: We are seeking a agile and results-oriented The Proposal - Costing & Estimation Engineer to join our Proposal team. The Proposal - Costing & Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for distillery and evaporator projects. The role involves analyzing tender documents, performing cost analysis, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in Distillery / Evaporator / DDS Dryer.
- Proposal / Tender Workout.
- Pre Bid / Post Bid Workout.
- Experience in Distillery / Evaporator is essential.
- Turnkey cost estimation is essential.
- Can be do single handed proposal & Costing.
- Prescient in Budgetary costing of equipment, piping, electrical & Structure.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Researching & Analyzing Sales options.




- Visiting customers to understand need/ requirement and creating repo with customers
- Generates business by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Preparation of Sales Proposals, Technical Support, Estimate & Costing, Tendering Etc.
- Proficiency in Costing and Estimation of Trunkey Project
- Discussion/ Negotiations with customers on Technical Terms & Commercial matters
- Add on advantage if experience in Starch and Evaporation plant.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BE Chemical or related field.
- 5 to 9 years Experience with Distillery, Evaporator and Dryer.

Note: This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
