Job Title: Zonal Training Manager

Location: Indore

What you will do:

- Create a comprehensive regional training strategy that aligns with the requirements of the acquisition team as well as prospective and onboarded clients
- Design, develop, and deliver relevant training content, including workshops,



e-learning
- modules, on-the-job training, in conjunction with Content & Product teams
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback,
- assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to ensure they are current,
- relevant, and aligned with industry best practices while staying informed about
- Industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence to enhance training programs
- Collect feedback from customers during training sessions and collaborate with relevant
- Teams to improve product onboarding and activation processes
- Coordinate, plan & executing key BTL activities - Events (conferences, seminars etc)

Who You Are

- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
- Organizing experience for events & seminars
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- In depth knowledge of financial / equity Market
- Ability to coordinate & lead
- Languages - English & regional language.
