Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.
Experience in recruiting for manufacturing, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, engineering, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
Prepare and publish job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks wherever applicable.
Negotiate salary within approved budgets and facilitate offer roll-out.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain regular follow-up until onboarding.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports.
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders for smooth hiring processes.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment MIS and generate periodic hiring reports.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Employer Branding
Build a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Represent the organization professionally during candidate interactions.
Participate in campus hiring, recruitment drives, and job fairs whenever required.
