Position: Customer Service Executive

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Eligibility:-

- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with 6 months+ experience can apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Resolve banking-related service queries.
- Provide accurate and skilled customer support.

Salary:-

- Experienced: Up to 25,000 In-Hand | 31,000 CTC
- Freshers: Salary as per company norms

Working Details:-

- First 2 months: Day Shift
- Thereafter: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 Working Days per Week
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
