This is a Field Service Engineering profile - so travelling is a MUST.

Candidate should have TWO WHEELER and valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of MHE equipment such as forklifts,



reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs at customer sites.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for effective customer support.
- For Senior Engineers, guide junior engineers/technicians and support complex troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in MHE, forklifts, construction equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or similar industries.
- Strong troubleshooting and field-service skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
