We are looking for 20 energetic, confident, and enthusiastic candidates to join our Farmer Training Program. The selected candidates will work closely with farmers at the grassroots level and play an important role in farmer engagement, training, awareness, and relationship building.

Experience

- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in farmer engagement, agriculture, dairy, rural sales, training, or field operations will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct farmer training, awareness, and engagement sessions.
- Educate farmers about recommended practices, products, and company programs.
- Communicate information in a straightforward, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the farmer community.
- Coordinate and support farmer meetings,



training programs, and field activities.
- Address farmer queries and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Ensure active participation and engagement during training sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of farmer engagement activities.
- Submit regular updates and reports on field activities.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent speaking and communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with and addressing groups of farmers.
- Ability to explain information in a simple and effective manner.
- Comfortable working in the field and travelling as required.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build strong relationships with farmers and rural communities.
- Knowledge or exposure to Dairy, Agriculture, Rural Markets, or Farmer Engagement will be an added advantage.
