Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Finance Interns to join the Fly Finance team. The intern will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their financial requirements, explaining relevant finance solutions, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure a smooth student experience.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in finance, customer engagement, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students financial requirements, concerns, and eligibility.
- Explain available finance-related products, processes, and requirements to students in a clear manner.
- Collect and maintain relevant student information and documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams for further processing of student requirements.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents, applications, and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and requirements.
- Help identify potential finance opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on student requirements and conversion status.




- Support the team in improving the overall student onboarding and finance experience.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone/online channels.
- Basic understanding of finance and financial terminology.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Freshers and students looking for internships are welcome.
